The Laguna Beach Complex
The
development is sited just one hundred meters from the beach, and
consists
of several blocks of apartments grouped around the pools and other
amenities. The
end of the site is adjacent to Lago Victoria, where canoes may be hired.
The site includes three swimming pools*, with lifeguards on duty, and the pool area is fenced for safety. The pools have separate shallow pools for children. There is a children’s play area with swings, and the grounds are attractively landscaped and planted. A Multi-use room is equipped with a gym, table-tennis table, sauna and jacuzzi, and there is a snack-bar available in June and July.

The whole complex is a private gated community. There is underground car parking, with a reserved parking space. Wi-Fi internet connection is available in the public areas
Laguna Beach is in a quiet location at the western end of the town of Almerimar, and the promenade makes for a pleasant walk into the town.
