Laguna Beach is an attractive apartment complex on the western side of Almerimar, in the Andalucian province of Almeria.
There
are three communal swimming pools
(with children's pools), a children's play area, and tennis
courts. The
complex is
less than one hundred yards from the beach, which extends for more than
7km
around the bay. The large marina, with its shops, bars,
restaurants, and
supermarket, is just 5 minutes drive away, as is the golf
course
(recently refurbished and expanded to 27-holes). The two-bedroom apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, was completed at the end of 2006, and has been stylishly and comfortably furnished. It is situated on the first floor, with access via stairs or lift, and enjoys a commanding view over the pools, the gardens and the lake, as well as views of the sea and the distant mountains.
It
is
decorated to
a high standard, and features tiled floors throughout, while all rooms
are
fitted with ceiling fans for your comfort. Air-conditioning is fitted
in the
lounge and bedrooms, and this can also provide heating if required out
of
